Submitting a ride request does not guarantee a reservation and does not by itself charge you. Black Door Rides reviews the request and provides availability, trip details, and the final fare before the reservation is confirmed.

Transactional SMS program
Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional text messages from Black Door Rides about a ride request or reservation, including scheduling, fare or payment, pickup, and ride updates. Message frequency varies according to ride activity. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent is not required to request or purchase a ride.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to opt out of Black Door Rides text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Black Door Rides at (713) 822-1492 for assistance.
Messaging delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery may depend on your wireless service and network availability.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information and SMS opt-in data is described in the Black Door Rides Privacy Policy.
Ride policies
Additional ride policies concerning confirmation, payment, trip changes, cancellations, safety, passenger conduct, child restraints, service animals, cleanliness, personal belongings, weather, and other operating matters are published on the Black Door Rides website and apply as appropriate to each reservation.
